Outdoor Training

A great addition to your training!  Outdoor sessions will be on Saturdays or Sundays.  All sessions will be scheduled ahead of time.  Some outdoor sessions will be dedicated to Obstacle Course Training (*OCT)

Minimum of 4 participants

Maximum of 8 participants

Note:  Bring water, comfortable clothing, towel and your focus.

  • Medicine Balls
  • and much more

You can expect the most challenging sessions in a beautiful outdoor setting.  Sessions will focus on cross training or obstacle course training.  You can bank on burning 500 to over 600 calories in every session.
